E-20
Concentricity Gage
The Universal Punch E-20 is the 10–50 mm member of the E-Series concentricity-gage family. It combines the -20 size class with the E-Series Vertical Roller Carrier architecture for controlled rotational inspection of cylindrical parts.
The -20 size class with E-Series roller-checking architecture.
Universal Punch identifies the E-20 as an Eccentric Roller Checker Gage for the 10–50 mm diameter class using a Vertical Roller Carrier. That carrier architecture is what separates the E-Series from the basic B-Series platform.
The E-20 is intended to be configured around the actual inspection requirement rather than treated as a one-configuration product. Universal Punch selects the gage model, the main rollers, and the indicator or other accessories as the three primary elements of the Concentricity Gaging System.
Start with the E-20 when the part falls in the -20 size class and the inspection calls for the E-Series Vertical Roller Carrier / eccentric roller-checker arrangement. Final roller, indicator, support, and accessory selection should be confirmed from the part geometry.
A different measurement architecture—not simply another size.
The E-20 shares the medium -20 envelope with several Universal Punch gage families, but the carrier arrangement defines how the system is used.

The defining E-Series carrier architecture documented for E-10, E-20, and E-40.
Main rollers and top-contact geometry are selected around the part and measurement requirement.
The standard platform can be reviewed with an optional E-20 variable-speed motor assembly.

These values are drawn from the current Universal Punch Concentricity Gaging Systems parts-list general-data table. Use them as the starting envelope, then confirm the actual part, support geometry, roller selection, and indicator arrangement with Universal Punch.
Model. Rollers. Indicator & accessories.
Universal Punch documents the Concentricity Gaging System as three main selections. Keeping those decisions separate makes the E-20 easier to configure around the actual part instead of forcing every application into one fixed setup.
The E-20 establishes the E-Series eccentric roller-checker architecture and the medium 10–50 mm / .37–2 in size class.
Published -20 main-roller choices include Full Plain, Half Plain, and Quarter Plain roller sets. The support geometry should be selected around the available part lands and measurement objective.
Indicator type, carrier position, stop arrangement, fine adjustment, and other accessories are matched to where and how the dimensional variation must be observed.
The current parts list includes multiple -20 top-roller diameters and widths rather than one universal top contact. Universal Punch should match the contact geometry to the workpiece.
The current system documentation identifies Standard Black and Precision Gold classifications; Precision Gold is documented for -10 and -20 models. Confirm the required accuracy and calibration documentation when specifying the E-20.
Five focused views. One clear product story.
The photography is deliberately product-first: a hero image, a complete technical profile, a close view of the E-Series carrier and indicator relationship, a close view of the main roller/support area, and the optional motorized configuration. No artificial callouts or diagrams are needed to understand the hardware.
Same -20 size class. Different gage architecture.
A customer choosing between the E-20 and B-20 should not make the decision from diameter alone. Both occupy the 10–50 mm medium-size class, but Universal Punch identifies the B-20 as the Basic Extended Gage with Standard Carrier and the E-20 as the Eccentric Roller Checker Gage with Vertical Roller Carrier.
View the B-20 Concentricity Gage →The E-20 can be configured with a variable-speed motor drive.
Universal Punch documents an E-20 Variable Speed Motor Assembly with a 17 in / 432 mm base plate. The current motorized-drive documentation also describes a 24 VDC variable-speed system with 0–10 rpm operation and forward/reverse control.
Motorized rotation should be selected from the actual inspection workflow—particularly when hands-free rotation, repeat inspection, or more controlled part rotation is useful.
